They are but @hlfan moved them in https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/commit/d49c5c59dc542be74e5291a8011b50bba5b7d14f which is what has caused the problem.

Most likely TW will noticed that and just move the translations on the next update but there's no guarantee it will and it might have to wait for translators to update individual languages.
