[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Require password on sign up form submit (PR #6832)

I don't follow. The social links are outside the form. If a user follows a social link, data in form fields is discarded. Therefore requiring a password should not stop users from following the social links.

What am I missing? And what is the flow to define a fallback password?
