### How to reproduce the issue?

- click on the link above
- follow the link for the value IM45003476 of the key ref:mhs

The link doesn't work (error 404)

The link is ok when the value NNN begins with PA or IA. Examples:
https://pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/merimee/PA00091303
https://pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/merimee/IA00008924

The link is wrong when the value NNN begins with PM or IM. The good link should be:
https://pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/palissy/NNN

Examples:
https://pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/palissy/PM88000005
https://pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/palissy/IM45003476
