[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] wrong links for ref:mhs in some cases (Issue #6842)

This is something that will need to be addressed in the [tag2link repository](https://github.com/JOSM/tag2link) as that what we use for linkifying tags and it has a single rule for all `ref:mhs` tags:

That said I'm not sure it it actually supports different rules for the same tag that depend on the value but it's not something we can fix here in any case.
