[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Error in counting the number of user changesets (Issue #6843)

maro-21 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6843)

https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/olsen3737 shows that this user has 6 changesets,
but when I go to https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/olsen3737/history it shows only 5 changesets.
