[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] MapTiler OMT layer returns HTTP 403 (Issue #6668)

I can reproduce this issue. Requests for the stylesheet are going to `https://api.maptiler.com/maps/openstreetmap/style.json?key=get_your_own_key_…`. I don’t think anything has changed in this codebase lately around the MapTiler OMT layer. Maybe the deployment’s configuration is no longer setting the access key correctly?
