Add DEMO_PARAMS mapping and refactor metadata handling

- Added `DEMO_PARAMS` constants to handle parameter differences between routing
  APIs and demo URLs (e.g., Valhalla API uses "auto" vs demo URL uses "car")
- Moved credit and demolink generation out of `_processDirections` to separate
  route processing logic from metadata
