This is happening in #6448. I think it covers most of this feature request, so I’ll forward-duplicate this issue to #738, which will be closed by that PR.

The element history page is often long enough as it is without highlighting every kind of change, which would often require duplicating information found further down on the page. #6761 requests a separate page for comparing two versions of an element. This would create more room for highlighting and even visualizing changes (within reason).

I’m not sure a statistic about the number of tags is really that meaningful outside of winning a trivia game at a bar. Multiple query tools are capable of delivering this answer for a given element.
