mnalis created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6762)

### Problem

When there are parenthesis around tag (i.e. `(key=value)`) they get incorrect `A HREF` URL to OSM wiki.

### Description

e.g. in https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4744733:

> are you sure this Studenac market is just selling seeds and fertilizers [(shop=agrarian)](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:(shop=agrarian))?

it tries to link to `https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:(shop=agrarian)` (instead of correct `https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop=agrarian`)

### Screenshots
