Oh, that’s fun. Ideally we’d check if the page exists, but I understand that can be difficult. Do you have an example of a changeset comment or note that we can test this with?

For reference, the wiki’s own [tag template](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Template:Tag#Default_target_links_to_external_sites_for_the_values_of_specific_keys) special-cases Wikipedia, Wikidata, and URL keys to automatically link a Wikipedia article, Wikidata item, or URL. Maybe we need to maintain a list of special cases like that here too. Or just exclude anything looking like a URL from the regex.
