[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Make sure that the zoom-in and zoom-out behaves the same when shift-clicked on leaflet and maplibre (PR #7205)

I think instead of adding more manual overrides, I'd rather make sure the shift key does do faster zooming at all instead of matching Leaflet exactly. Can we just delegate this to the library to work like this?
