### How to reproduce the issue?

The tile request returns **404 Not Found**, resulting in a blank white square on the map.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Open:

   https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?lat=-6.30984&lon=107.08237&zoom=14#map=14/-6.30984/107.08237

2. Observe the blank square on the map.

3. Open the tile directly:

   https://c.tile.openstreetmap.org/14/13070/8475.png

## Expected

The tile should exist and render normally.

## Actual

The tile request returns **404 Not Found**, leaving a missing square on the map.

## Tile coordinates

- Zoom: 14

- X: 13070

- Y: 8475

## Additional information

- Reproduced in multiple applications using the standard OpenStreetMap raster tiles.

- Neighboring tiles load correctly.

- The issue is isolated to this tile coordinate.
