A question from the original PR was about how I was setting a `NOW()` value within a confusing series of nested blocks `reversible { dir.up { safety_assured { HERE } } }` .

This version moves the update to the start of the other migrations, where there's an `up`/`down` split already so two of those blocks are not necessary.
