[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] 503 error sometimes not shown on query features sidebar (Issue #7222)

Isn't that 503 from the overpass server though? Which is completely separate to the web site - a load issue on one won't affect the other.

I'm leaving this open because if the web site isn't reporting the error well that is a valid issue here even if the underlying issue is an operational one.
