Minh and I already discussed this and prepared a [doc with a draft announcement ](https://hackmd.io/@Rub21/H1MFlSLVMl) plus a list of places  where to update and notify. For the deploy timing, we can discuss it in the next Ops meeting so everyone is in sync.
