### How to reproduce the issue?

Example in a changeset comment, where the user writes:
`This change contains a way here (URI1)… and a way there (URI2).`

URI1 and URI2 are ordinary URI to OSM objects.
But the auto-generated hyperlink for URI1 incorrectly contains `)…`.
