[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] on the embeddable iframe maps, the zoom-out button (-) does not work (Issue #7287)

I'm not sure if this is a related issue, but we've found that all of our embedded maps are now zoomed in all the way.  I thought at one point you could add the query string parameter z=NUM to control the zoom level, but that no longer does anything.
