[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add URL prettification for plain texts (PR #6518)

Is there a reason why this was implemented for `"text"` types, but not for `"markdown"`? Someone just asked me why this was not working in direct messages, and now I realise it only works (if I have this right) for note comments and changeset comments.
