### How to reproduce the issue?

Bug introduced in: https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/6518
It seems there is a pattern `"w ?(?<id>\\d{5,})"` which is in conflict with Polish language.

Example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/183589124#c1603043
"Wycofane w \<changeset id\>" which translates to "Reverted in \<changeset id\>" shouldn't be changed to "Wycofane [way/183600437](https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/183600437)."
