[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Filter users by e-mail domain (Issue #7126)

1ec5 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#7126)

On the /users page, the Name or Email filter searches for matches on the user’s entire e-mail address. If it could also filter on just the domain part of the e-mail address, an administrator would be able to find sockpuppets more easily in some cases. For example, it could filter on the domain as long as the input begins with an `@`.
