Hi @1ec5 — I’m interested in working on this.
Before starting, I want to confirm a couple of implementation details:
Should the comparison page follow the route pattern /[type]/[id]/history/[old_version]/[new_version] (e.g. /node/8008031276/history/1/3) as suggested in the description?
Should the diff reuse the existing element history diff logic (used for consecutive versions), but allow arbitrary versions instead?
For the initial implementation, is it acceptable to focus on the backend route + comparison page first, without adding a UI entry point yet?
Once this is confirmed I can proceed with the implementation.
