[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Enable any SVG optimization (Issue #6892)

### Problem

Although some may be of another opinion, currently the SVG assets are served without any optimization.

### Description

e. g. even if you run https://www.openstreetmap.org/assets/tab-icon-3e700a12d38a1bba06d674ed663824232025cd6b0ca5c439c846740a7468b302.svg through svgo with every option turned off, it still reduces the file size by 1% only via whitespace removal.
This can also be observed inside https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg.
