### How to reproduce the issue?

1. Open https://www.openstreetmap.org
2. Search, for e.g. "bank"
3. Click "more results" and scroll beyond one page height
4. Select a search result
5. Click the browser back button

Expectation: back behavior works; scroll position in the search result list is restored

Current behavior: search repeats from the top

I believe I'm requesting #5826 but for the search results list in addition to the changeset history list.
