daganzdaanda created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#6905)

### URL

https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=McDonald%27s+Regensburg&zoom=19&minlon=-87.65575200319292&minlat=41.88281986155116&maxlon=-87.65191912651063&maxlat=41.8843974216429#map=19/48.993031/12.110052

### How to reproduce the issue?

1. Search for "McDonald's Regensburg"
You will be getting 4 results, and the map will zoom to the first one.
2. Click "More Results"
3. You will be getting 4 more results, which are the exact same as with the first search.
4. If you click "More Results" again, you will actually get new results from outside of the city.

### Screenshot(s) or anything else?

I suspect that there may be two different "Regensburg" items that are searched in step 1 and 2, like two boundaries with Regensburg in the name?
But it does not really matter where the duplicates come from, it would be nice if it was possible to filter out duplicates from the result list.
