> We came across that during review (see [#6837 (comment)](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/6837#discussion_r2917605521) ) and we figured that it was clearer to use `deliver_later` - that indicates to anyone reading the code that the notification is handled asynchronously, whereas the `deliver` alias might imply that the notifications are calculated synchronously.

OK I've removed that commit now.
