Seeing things like this (do we need an imap client in the app?) makes me wonder if there's a value to being more selective when it comes to loading parts of rails. Eg: to load individual frameworks one by one instead of `gem "rails"` and `require "rails/all"`. No idea if this makes a difference to anything significant to our use case, so just floating the idea to see if others know.
