[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Run script/misc/update-wiki-pages (PR #7085)

### Description
Link all current tag documentation wiki pages (including Key:name:en-boont, my motivation for doing this)

I did the following (derived from https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/3294):

### How has this been tested?
I inspected the diff. Key:name:en-boont is now present. I spot-checked a couple of deletions; those wiki pages have indeed been removed or redirected.

I haven't run tests yet. I'll try. If someone else who's already set up to do so feels like running the tests on this branch, please comment. If the data-only nature of this change means that running the tests is unnecessary, please merge.
