Is that the case even with primeval points? The ancient scriptures quoth the addition of validation ([parser](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/commit/fb5f6bb4a206d9a41fda40ac83e71fe425947a45) and [model](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/commit/d19ca7c44bc4811cb0cca046a10af31d534de86f)), so I wonder if there were exceptions before that.
