kmpoppe created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#7361)
### URL
https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/5356146
### How to reproduce the issue?
The RichText in Notes gets replaced with wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:<key>=<value> when <key>=<value> gets detected.
Yet, this does sometimes link to non-existent pages, i.e. for name=Bakery.
The Browser Tag Helper, that replaces the Tags in the object browser uses a nicely generated YAML to decide, what the link replacement should look like. Would it be possible to generalize the wiki-page detection and use it in the browser tag helper and the richtext linkify gsub?
### Screenshot(s) or anything else?
