I've added cursor-based pagination now. 

I remembered another question, which is what you are using the "v" field for currently. I've gone with a help text of "Optional note, e.g. the reason for this entry" but that's just a wild guess. I don't think it has ever been used programmatically, so do any existing records have any content in the "v" field?

I also think it might be worth changing the `k` attribute into a proper enum, to avoid typos and power a dropdown field, given there's a fixed set of valid values, but that can be tackled as a separate task.
