I need it because the check gives a false positive with a composite primary key, the table is consistent, the primary key (gpx_id, trackid, segment) starts with gpx_id, so the index for has_many :gpx_tracks exists. But the checker reads the index list with connection.indexes, and Rails leaves primary keys out of that list, so it cannot see it and the check fails.
