It seems that he didn't use appropriate tools neither informed himself 
appropriate about the licence change. So I can't have any understanding 
neither feel any commiserate for him. This might sound harsh but that's 
my true feeling: im my areas almost no data was removed although there 
have been persons who didn't accept (undecided) or really rejected the 
new licence!

And if I look at such a statement/email late after the change was done 
by the bot (2 weeks ago?) I can only state:
