I agree. The purpose of this list is to get us good answers to these
questions in an accountable way with participation from all interested
parties (there has been a call for participation, so they should be here
already).

If a clear consensus can emerge on this list and all the legal boxes are
ticked, then we will have our solution..

Questions that we put out on talk would however not be "do you think the
database should still contain cc-by-sa objects or not" because that is of
no significance to them; questions we put to them would have to be about
things they actually see when they use the API.
