[Rebuild] Deadline for undecided?

There is no such deadline, but it is not that we would want make a
rebuild dependant on something like that anyway. Nobody has commented on
Dermots variant of Frederiks plan that essentially stipulates that we
start with the rebuild "now" (ok some testing would be good beforehand :-)).
