I will try to join. Hope we can keep this purely technical - i.e. no 
prep talk from would-be managers trying to make everyone understand how 
hugely important the planned timeline is, how we're all in this 
together, etc. etc.

We should make sure that any code being discussed is in plain view for 
the involved (code doesn't travel well through a phone line).

Some improvements have been suggested and some questions raised (the 
"v0" idea most importantly).

I think that an important issue to discuss is whether or not we want to 
opt for the "continuous rebuild" idea and what positive and negative 
side effects there would be.
