We should make sure that any code being discussed is in plain view for
the involved (code doesn't travel well through a phone line).

Some improvements have been suggested and some questions raised (the
"v0" idea most importantly).
I think that an important issue to discuss is whether or not we want to
opt for the "continuous rebuild" idea and what positive and negative
side effects there would be.
