[Rebuild] When do the downloads get enabled with the new data?

Hi all,
Thanks for all the hard work that's been done on this.

The downloads at geofabrik.de and planet.openstreetmap.com appear to have
been stopped while the redaction bot runs.
Do we know when the downloads will be re-enabled?
