a very big "Thanks to all involved!". This is a big step in the licence 
change. And there for a big step for OSM istself!

And the bot was even faster than expected: somebody involved (or at 
least very close) guessed that it would take 4 weeks, now he finished in 
a little bit longer than two weeks!
