About 7000 grid squares need processing (of a theoretical 360*180 = 64800).

About 36 of them have more than 100k objects to modify (max is 781354
objects, all the top 10 spots are Japanese import areas).

A further ~ 40 have between 50k and 100k objects (and therefore too
large for a single changeset).

A further ~ 200 have between 10k and 50k objects.

These numbers are to be taken with a grain of salt. They include the
"yellow" cases which may not require a modification after all (but these
numbers don't make a big difference), and they do not contain relations
at all.
