Hi,

I have such a list but it is not perfect. It might (a) still list some
objects that are meanwhile clean because people have recently agreed or
came out of anon-user status, and it might (b) miss some objects that
have been deleted while one of my scripts was not looking. But the
majority of objects in this list are "suspect".

This list has 78 million nodes, 7.7 million ways, and 390k relations.
These numbers are higher than the numbers published in my munin graphs
because these numbers include deleted objects, the "re-licensing" of
which will not affect the map (while still costing time).

My list is basically just copied from the Wiki page:

I don't have such a list.

I'm in touch with Andrzej who said he would provide such a list within
the next days.
