[Routing] Wiki-Page for defining OSM binary file format created

Hello,

thanks for the Wiki-page. I'm very interested is the CTM1. So, just a
specific question wether anyone is working on an open (C-)Lib for
using it for Linux, etc. I only found an Windows-exe, but the format
seems to be very interesting for OSM to. 

I think that a format like CTM1 is much more better for mobile devices,
as a direct mapping from OSM to OSM-binary could ever be. As long
you have to build a filter to load OSM to a mobile device, a filter to
an external and well documented format would be a good possibility.
