[Routing] OSM data routing import tool

Hello,

yes, i am seeing an advantage in using postgresql.
If you want to use the data for other things than routing, I think it
would help if you have gis functions for the database. Maybe the other
tools provide gis functions, too. I haven't experiences with them.
