I don't know if it becomes clear from the web site but AFAIK it is  
part of a Master's thesis and will be published once the thesis is  
finished. I'm willing to give some credit to universities in this  
respect; if Google came along promising to release something some  
time in the future I would probably be wary but I can understand if  
under certain circumstances students are asked *not* to have a big  
community do their work for them ;-)
