[Routing] Linking up

I have a slight issue trying to connect a station to highways for
routing purposes....

http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=55.861315&lon=-4.282787&zoom=18&layers=B00FT

The line splits in two, to form a big V with the station a little
further up the V. At the moment the station node is right in the middle
of the V, but that doesn't connect it to any lines which in turn screws
up the routing process.

Can anyone recommand the best solution to this problem? Moving the
station node to the bottom of the V wouldn't be representative of the
physical world, and duplicating the node on both tracks would result in
innacurate mapping of the rail network.

Regards

Kyle
