| TMC is transmitted via RDS. Maybe you could use a USB radio which can
| display RDS information and hack it to get the TMC data.

RDSD can only work with 1 receiver-chip that is
only used in BT848/878 PCI-cards. Nothing you
can use in a car.
There is some talk about one usb-device on their
mailing-list but nothing more.
