[Routing] How to handle lack of connectivity within the routing graph?

Ok, I found the bug. However I doesn't return quite the same result as
pyroute. I don't know which one is correct. :-) ocaml-osm-route's one is
certainly more convoluted.
I one want to see the differences, please find attached the pyroute and
ocaml-osm-route (oor) routes in OSM format.
