How often is the data refreshed? The README on the information link 
tells that a daily Netherland extract is used, which might be a little 
out-of-date ;-)

I'd love to find and fix routing errors in my area of interest, having a 
quick turnaround time would be really nice. Alternatively, is there an 
out-of-the-box setup for updating a local gosmore database with the 
hourly diffs, but only for a certain area?
