Hi,

pgrouting is nice to get started. It works well, has a tool to import
data from OSM.

To display the route on a map, openlayers is quite convinient.

I developped my own tool for my phd purpose, and I did a web interface
some time ago. The code is here
http://github.com/Tristramg/mumoro/tree/master (but no web interface
currently).
The development has been down for some time, and hopefully will start
again in july.
