[Routing] Improve the Driving Instructions ...

Hello Pascal,

I noticed a discrepancy between
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Sample_driving_instructions/es_ES
and 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenRouteService/Instructions/es_ES

"día" vs. "dia".
The national characters seem to be missing in your version.
Can the tool you use to copy from the wiki-page handle UTF8
or the full ISO8859-15 charater set?
