[Routing] Searching for ShootingStar -algorithm

As far as i could find out, pgRouting is a wrapper for the boost open source
library implemented in c++; may be you find some useful hints studing that
source code (if you are familiar with c++ ;-) But I nowhere found additional
information about that library.
