[Routing] Need info about route planners

Hi,

Probably you will get a response of several projects, so I will do for
pgRouting:

It's GPL.

It's a library and made to work with PostgreSQL/PostGIS and it's up to
you how you want to use it.

Yes, it should be possible. I heard that Camptocamp (a company) is
working on this currently.

> - is there any route planner around the world who uses any of this

Probably more than I'm aware of. If you find some more, you could add
